INSURED PORTAL BASIC INFORMATION

Purpose User data processing on the Insured Portal.
Lawful basis: Interest party’s consent
Recipients: Your user registration data will not be passed onto third parties unless we are legally required to do so.
Storage period: The interested party’s data will be processed in the legal terms applicable to the insurance products contracted. In the event that the registered user requests to be removed from the Insured Portal, the user’s registration data will be deleted within a period of 6 months from the date when the request was made.
Rights: You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of data processing, as well other rights, as explained in our privacy policy.
Cookies: We use own cookies and third party analytical cookies. Own cookies are necessary for maintaining the functionality of the Insured Portal and analytical cookies enable us to distinguish users and limit the numbers of requests to visit the Insured Portal.

REGLAMENTO PARA LA DEFENSA DEL ASEGURADO DE ASSSA
Este reglamento tiene por objeto regular el funcionamiento del Servicio de Atención al Cliente y del Defensor del Asegurado de ASSSA, así como las relaciones entre ambos. Se rige por la Ley 44/2002 de 22 de noviembre, de Medidas de Reforma del Sistema Financiero y por la Orden ECO 734/2004, de 11 de marzo, sobre los departamentos y servicios de atención al cliente de las entidades financieras.

In accordance with the content of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 on General Data Protection, the customer gives express, free and unequivocal consent to AGRUPACIÓN SANITARIA SEGUROS, S.A. as the data controller in order to calculate the insurance, provide you with a quote, perform a follow-up of the proposal and offer you promotions or opportunities in relation to your request for an estimate. To this effect, we hereby inform you that your data will not be passed onto third parties, except if required by law, and they will be stored for a maximum of 2 years unless there is a mutual interest in the continuation of the contract; data will then be anonymised and used for statistical analysis.
